    We currently accept online orders from the United States. Shipping details and tracking information will be delivered by email within 2-3 business days.  Depending on your ship-to location, certain locations may require additional time in transit depending upon your delivery schedule.

    We ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), or FedEx.

    Holiday Seasons. Due to the holiday rush and carrier schedule, the delivery may take longer than expected.

    International shipments are available upon your confirmation of the freight charge. Delivery options are currently available in Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, and a few other countries.

  • Returns & Replacements

    We hope you love what you order.  But in case you don’tperhaps it’s a little too big, too small, or the style just isn’t you, please send the boots back for a refund.

    Merchandise may be returned for a refund to your credit card within 30 days of the purchase date. Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original shoe box with all tags attached. The customer is responsible for shipping the boots back. All products should be shipped via insured parcel; we will not be responsible for products during shipment from the customer to our warranty department. To ensure timely processing, please include the return form with the item. Your shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

    Exchanges: To expedite the exchange process, please re-order your preferred size and return the ill-fitted pair for a refund.

    International customers requesting to return or exchange for a different size will be responsible for additional shipping charges.

    All orders placed on are shipped with a packing slip and a return form.  On this return form, please complete all required fields, indicate the reason for your return and enclose it with the item in the original packaging.
